Sunday Dinner

I can recall on countless memories of going over to Nonna's house on Sunday for family dinner. The bountiful table that we all gathered around served as forum for us sit, eat, and enjoy one another. While all large, family style meals don't always occur on a Sunday, here you will find those family style dishes that, while they may take a little more time to prepare, bring back those fabulous memories of sitting and enjoying time with my family at the dinner table.

Tomato Sauce
- One of the most important meals I could ever create. It was so important to me to get it right that it took many attempts over a two year period to get it to where I was happy with it...and now I share my joy with you!

Bolognese
- When time allows, Mama Zuri, Luca, and I like to dine at one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Market Square. They're known for their authentic Italian cuisine and imported ingredients. Low and behold we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered their Bolognese sauce tasted like something right out of my own kitchen!

Cast Iron Chicken
- I'm not sure what exactly gave me the inspiration for this meal but it was likely a morning filled with Ree Drummond on Food Network (Mama Zuri's favorite show). This one is still in the early developmental stages but I like where this one is heading.
